FEMA has design base flood elevations for designated areas.  The base flood elevation information is published using tables, charts, and written text on maps and in flood insurance studies.  FEMA has issued guidelines for the use of those base flood elevations in various FEMA publications.  This webinar gives instructions for finding and using FEMA base flood elevation information and guidelines.  The webinar does not guide the engineering design of flood elevations.
